Are you a “Slow and Steady” or an “All Guns Blazing” type of person in January?  Did you suddenly wake up on the 1st January 2019 and decide your life was going to be different this year?  Did you make a whole list of New Year resolutions or do you not buy into that sort of thing?  Did you set brand new goals, targets and KPI’s or did your 2018 notebook full of your “To Do Lists…” just roll over into the next year?

Here at The Kiwi Social – we don’t subscribe to the New Year resolution thing but we do believe in having a plan.  We’ve got some pretty big things happening, here at The Kiwi Social regarding our Membership and some FREE events – but also over at the Welshot Photographic Academy as it is our 10 Years – Inspiring Photographers event – and that, really does require a strict plan of action.

However, I’m personally, trying to do things a little different this year and that’s to be more mindful in what I am doing each and every day.  I need to relax and switch off a little bit more  (I’ve already stuck to my rule of “No phone when I am in the company/presence of someone for 2 years now)  – and be mindful that not EVERYTHING needs to be attached to a goal, target or KPI.

But…

It’s not about me, it’s about you, and however you work, whatever you do…

I want you to remember that no way is right and no way is wrong – it is personal to you and no one, absolutely no one has the right to say you are doing it wrong!  Whatever works for you works for you – just keep doing that!

Mindfulness means purposely paying attention, in the present moment, without making any kind of judgment’

To download your colouring in sheet…

  1. Right Click
  2. Click on “Save image as”
  3. Save image to your desktop (or a specific folder)
  4. Print off and take some time to colour in and “Just be…”
